Shipping: We provide FREE Shipping to all orders within the United States (US 50), as well as proudly to APO/FPO adddresses via US Priority Mail, or Fedex Ground Service, as we determine most appropriate. Orders requiring personalization details routinely ship within four to seven working days, often sooner. Each client's order is prepared and processed with care, and expediently filled in the order they are received.

Note: Should your urgency of need require our RUSH services, we can prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hrs. Upon your request for these services, a $20 Rush Fee will be applied. Expedited shipping is always available at buyer's request and expense.

Shipping Note: We currently do not ship internationally, except as noted above to our service members and their families at APO/FPO addresses.

Return/Refund Policy: We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of receipt with the following necessary exception:

Should an error occur on our part, and upon our receiving notification within 14 days, we will gladly reaccomplish the piece or refund the full purchase price, or provide a merchandise credit, whichever is most convenient for our client. In such instances, we will also pay/credit any return postage fees. Please call 1-877-201-7472 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Should any dissatisfaction occur as a result of personalization elements (i.e. incorrect spelling or details provided in error by the client with the order), we will reaccomplish or replace the piece upon its return for a redo charge of $25 for framed art, and $15 for matted prints. The client pays the postage to return the item and we will pay the finished product return postage.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel an order, please do so promptly. Once an order is personalized and or shipped, and subsequently cancelled, you will be required to incur shipping charges, as well as return the merchandise.

Taxes: Arizona residents are required to pay 8.1% sales tax.
